What to expect

  • Gear

    First we will get you prepared for your lesson by setting you up with a surf board, surf leash, and reef shoes

  • Land Lesson

    Next we will go through a 10 minute lesson to teach you everything from laying on your board, paddling, and popping up

  • Catch Waves

    Once we have walked through everything we will paddle out and start to practice paddling and getting a feel of the waves

  • Catch More Waves

    Catch MORE Waves

    Once you have a feeling and comfortability for the wave and the ocean, you will keep catching waves! This is the best part and will leave you with an ear to ear smile. Congratulations you are now a surfer!

I’m a born and raised Native Hawaiian from the south shores of Oahu, Hawaii. I have taught surfing for over 10 years and have surfed most of my life. I always look forward to sharing the love I have for surfing and giving great recommendations on the island! As a certified instructor ocean safety is very important to me. Therefore myself and all oceaina surf instructors are CPR and Lifeguard certified by the American Red Cross
